 Barry Dawson qualified as a chartered accountant with a large Huddersfield firm and was then in partnership before starting his own practice in 1991. He has worked in the Cleckheaton area for many years and has built up an excellent reputation with local businesses and professionals. Barry is a general practitioner now dealing mainly with family businesses where he not only ensures compliance with the myriad of regulations but also takes advantage of any opportunities in the running of their tax affairs. He is married, with a son, lives locally and, as well as enjoying badminton and cycling, has been a season ticket holder at Huddersfield Town for many years. |

 Paul Calvert qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 and has 25 years experience in the accountancy profession for both local and national firms. He advises clients in all aspects of their businesses from strategic matters to the improvement of their management information systems, generally on a one to one basis. Paul has worked in both Leeds and Bradford and during those years has built up a network of contacts in the legal, banking and other professional sectors that often prove beneficial to clients. He lives locally with his wife and two children and while enjoying most sports he takes a particular keen interest in golf and cricket. |

 David Wilson qualified as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2000 and has over fifteen years of experience in the accountancy profession. He joined Calvert Dawson in 2004, becoming partner in 2007. David specialises in owner-managed enterprises, dealing with their audit, accounting, corporate tax and company secretarial affairs. Working with a broad client base in a number of different industries, he provides advice and guidance to his expanding portfolio of individuals and businesses. He is married and has two sons, but still finds time to be an avid Leeds United supporter and is still keen to pull on his own football boots occasionally. |
